PerkStamp helps merchants create QR offers and redeem coupons. We collect only the information needed to run those services.

Information We Collect

• Merchant profile details, such as store name, address, logo, account email, and staff names.
• Offer and coupon activity, such as QR scans, coupon claims, and redemptions.
• Optional customer details entered after claiming a coupon, such as an email address used to send a copy of the coupon.
• Basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

How We Use Information

We use this information to publish offers, issue coupons, send coupon emails requested by customers, prevent duplicate or invalid redemption, provide store analytics, and support merchant accounts.

Customer Email Visibility

If you choose to send a coupon to your email address, that email address is attached to the coupon record and can be viewed by the participating store. Do not enter an email address if you do not want the store to see it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We use infrastructure providers such as Azure, Cloudflare, and email delivery providers such as Resend to host and operate the service.
